Filling in passport details is required for customs procedures. Each shipment entering Armenia undergoes the appropriate customs procedure, for which it is necessary to provide the customs authorities with the details of the shipment importer. Your passport details will be processed in accordance with the current Armenian legislation.

After registering your order on the website, enter your order’s tracking number in your personal account and fill in the order details. You can track the status of the registered shipment after it has entered our overseas warehouse. Link

You can receive orders at 37 Gay Avenue, Yerevan, or request delivery. Delivery within Yerevan is free of charge if the total weight of delivered parcels is equal or more than 2 kg.

You can make a cashless payment for delivery upon receipt via the website. Log in to your personal account and click the “Recharge Account” button.

The cost of the delivery service is calculated per 100 grams, unless the type of delivery is subject to volumetric or minimum weight. The minimum weight applies only for sea shipments.

The shipping rate for personal shipments is calculated based on actual and volumetric weight if volumetric weight is present. A shipment is considered volumetric if the sum of its dimensions exceeds 150 cm or if the volumetric weight is more than twice the actual weight. In such cases, the shipping rate is calculated according to volumetric weight with a special rate of 3500 AMD/kg for air shipments.

The international formula for calculating volumetric weight is length * width * height / 5000 cm/kg. The result reflects the volumetric weight of the shipment in kilograms. Link

The cost for the “Buy for me” service is 3% of the total order value, but not less than 2000 AMD. By sending the product link and specifying the order details (e.g., size, color, quantity), the order will be reviewed by our staff, and you will be informed of the cost to process the order. After payment, your order will be processed and added to your personal page upon arrival at our warehouse.
