What are the prohibited items?
Prohibited items are items or substances that may present a significant risk to health, safety or property when shipped by air. IATA has 9 classes of hazardous materials that require proper labeling. The IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) manual is the global reference for the carriage of dangerous goods by air and the only standard recognized by airlines.

📢 Important Notice: Temporary Suspension of UEX Services
Dear Customers,
We inform you that starting from August 1, 2025, our services will be temporarily suspended until further notice. During this period, we are reviewing our entire operational system with the aim of creating more stable and efficient solutions.
In the meantime: 📦 We will continue collecting all parcels already in our warehouse and those being sent to our foreign warehouses until August 31, in order to receive and deliver all incoming parcels to Armenia.
‼️ Please pay special attention: Parcels received at our warehouse after September 1, 2025, will not be accepted or delivered.
Our team guarantees that all parcels already sent or currently in our warehouse will definitely be delivered to their respective recipients.
